Right outside of the airport with a shuttle service. It also means you don't have to pay the airport fee ? Great customer service. Very attentive employees.

I had such a great experience from my airport pickup, checking out my car, and returning it! All staff was kind and helpful. My rental was ready as soon as I arrived and my transport back to the airport was seamless!

Pros: cheaper than at the airport; friendly staff. Cons: old cars (my rental had 100k miles); needs a shuttle ride, while most others don't. Grey's the job done.

Trash. Absolute trash. The customer service is absolutely AWFUL. They all refuse to help or even contact a manager. They charged our card for an extra 4 days because someone didn't check it in when we returned it. Don't rent from this company at all! We haven't been able to get help at any of the locations that we dealt with.

Employee would not give me a reason they would not rent to me so I asked for a manager. Manager showed up and was the reason they would not rent, tried to make multiple reason not to rent but honestly belive it was due to bigotry! I will never rent from this company again! Horrible people!

Helpful friendly service. Car was ready and in good shape. Worth noting that the rental desk is not in the airport’s arrival hall and is located in a separate building. A shuttle bus, which seems to run frequently, will take you there. It’s not far away. When I returned the car, a friendly young lady drove me to the airport in my rental car.

TAKE NOTICE this is a FRANCHISE location. Car inventory not the greatest, cars are older or very basic packages. They can't link your frequent flyer for points and the car must be returned to this exact location or hefty fines. This is not good if you take the car to a neighboring city and get stuck there for unforeseen reasons such as weather. Staff is very nice and charming, but due to the limitations of the facility we would not recommend for frequent travelers. We had no issues with these terms but were quiet surprised with all the rules as we travel often and always rent cars.

Shuttle bus from airport to budget rental, the driver radio ahead to help expedite the rental process. The staff at the budget location were very friendly and helpful. I recommend budget rental in Amarillo.

First time I ever rented a car in my life. Wish I could give a zero like the other 1 star posters. Mush mouth Joseph, who has zero confidence in his job, is going over the terms of the contract, which IS A LEGAL CONTRACT, and I had questions, so he had to stop and repeat things MANY TIMES because of his mush mouth. When it came time to tell me about the insurance I asked to have it explained, and he never stated that it was per day. Then when my contract came out $200 more than I anticipated I asked why, and he said because the insurance is per day, and I said, YOU NEVER SAID THAT, and he said, and I quote, "Yeah, I tried, but you kept asking so many questions." Can you imagine???? How dare I ask questions about a legal contract mush mouth was presenting. So then I called my insurance company and found out I was covered and canceled the insurance, so then he had to do the contract over, which he didn't like. I walked in in a great mood which got ruined by Mush Mouth Joe. Then while I was on the phone with the insurance company, which was painful clear to anyone with eyesight, the guy who brought the car kept interrupting me to talk to me about the car, when I wasn't even ready for the car. Then upon my return, I did not have time to fill up the gas so they charged me three times the cost of gas in Texas because I did not check the box on the contract to prepay the gas. Can't make this up. How can I pay for gas I don't know I'm going to need??? But of course Mush Mouth Joe never told me about that. Then lucky me, when I returned the car Mush Mouth Joe received the car. In his mush mouth way of speaking, he was like blah blah blah I would get back to the airport, which I ASSUMED a ride on the bus was included, and as I was getting my luggage out of the trunk, he said to me that he told me he would drive me in the car I just returned. But of course I had no idea because of his Mush Mouth way of speaking. He knew I was the woman from Thursday that was aggravated beyond comprehension by him, and he was all polite on the way to the airport but his presence made me sick because he has weird energy. Then he asked if I wanted to get my receipt of have it emailed. I said email. Then I had to call four days later because they never sent it and as I complained about Joe to this guy who answered the phone on Wednesday night about 10pm, he told me to F-off. Nice! Never again. The car cost more than the hotel!!

The shuttle driver and the clerk were extremely helpful and friendly. I think they went beyond their normal duties. The car was good. Easy. I would use them again just because of their service.

Super efficient. Only about 10 minutes from walking out of the airport until I was in my car. They were just as quick when I dropped my car off to catch a 6:30 a.m. flight.

Rent a wreck is more like it. Actually the first car they gave us had been in a wreck a while back. The damage was even rusted! The second car (Ford Explorer) wasn't damaged visually but when you opened the doors they creaked/groaned. Driving it was less than ideal too-bucket of bolts that definitely needed servicing. The staff was working hard with what they had but just felt like something out of a bad movie!

What an absolute disgrace. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Don't take debit cards. Fine. They said they'd hold my rental for an hour while I got a credit card. Fine. I get the card and then they tell me they don't have any rentals available. What in the world is wrong with you people? The worst part is they don't even care at all.
