Friendly team. Just understaffed in the evening for late flights coming in with 7 people needing cars. Had to wait quite a while.

Need a bigger sign by the road, the tree blocks most of the sign, and sign is too small. Hard to see it by driving. It is not inside airport, need a shuttle but pretty fast. Car I get is new, a little dirty outside but inside is clean.

Super nice people! I had to do a vehicle swap out and thought it was through Budget but really it was through their sister company Avis. The woman at the counter was super nice and helpful, even dropped us off at the Avis section.
