I have always had service done at Brown Honda as I work in Amarillo, but I usually bought my Hondas from an out-of-town dealership. We went to Brown Honda to look and test drive models. Jud Hollar met us in the lot and took us on all our test drives. We priced the Honda Passport we decided to purchase with several dealerships, and Brown Honda negotiated with us to give us a fair deal and keep our business in Amarillo. Jud Hollar was a gentleman throughout the entire process. In fact, about 3-4 weeks after our purchase, he called to ensure we were still loving the Passport, and if we had any questions about using any of the technology.
Additionally, we had some after sale accessories that were ordered and installed, and the service department was very efficient and accommodating as well.
We are fortunate to have Brown Honda in Amarillo!

We're in town visiting and saw the vehicle we where looking at buying. Stopped to look and got a good price so we bought it. They had it prepped and we where able to drive the 2 hours home.

I have bought almost all of my vehicles from Honda and my husband and I just bought a new SUV and we are very pleased with the way that Honda has treated us. Our sells men Judd Holler was very knowledgeable and very honest with every question we had. From the final cell of our new SUV, we were pleased with everyone we came in contact with thank you so much Honda and Judd, and everyone in their financing department. Job well done on another sell.

I have a Honda CRV 2013 buggy. Yes, it’s old. But then so am I. I took my buggy in because it was having weird smells and the cruise control quit working. But before I got it inside the Service Center, it started spewing White smoke. I thought it might be a new pope before the lights on the dash lit up! Buggy was taken in immediately and they told me I was going home because it was going to take a while for the mechanic, Chris, could determine the cause for my buggy’s issues. Chris was kind enough to call me frequently to explain each issue over the next few days. Chris finally called to let me know what was necessary to get Buggy functioning again and problems that may arise secondary to the motor almost catching fire. The same courtesy driver who took me home promptly arrived at my door to let me bring Buggy home. Buggy looked like she had been washed! Hope Buggy didn’t require a dunk to cool her down for safety? But her fever was extinguished and she continues to be the wonderful little buggy she always was! She’s back home and all is right with the world! As you can figure out from this post, I am no mechanic. But, thanks to Chris, I’m now equipped to spot new issues that might arise in the future which could require immediate attention. It’s never fun to have vehicle problems. But it is wonderful to have someone who knows what I never will so I can remain independent for as long as possible. Brown Honda Service Center ROCKS! Thank you all!

Did my rear main seal on my acura now my axel and my passenger side sounds like its going fall off.but what can I do. Probably just charge me some more when I bring it in. Already over $4000 in parts and service and just got it in August . Its ok..ill figure it out.for the most part it doesn't leak anymore. Was going to take it back for the transmission leaking but they simply forgot to put the hose clamp back on the line. Good thing I caught it before my wife drove it. Probably would of destroyed my transmission. These are the times we are living in. The quality of work is not there anymore.
