John Thurlow was the salesman who helped me through the process of buying a new truck. He made the time and put in effort to work around my schedule and be available. John was not pushy on closing a deal, which I expect every time I walk into a car dealership. Negotiations were smooth and professional. I got the facts, and never felt that information was being withheld or details were being omitted. Transparency through the whole process. He helped me understand the vehicle I was buying fully. The thing I was most happy with was that when it was evident that other customers were needing his help, I never felt rushed. He respected my time. I would recommend John at Brown GMC to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. Very please.

Paul went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted!!! Kept me updated through the whole process. He also took time out of his day to show me all the bells and whistles. It’s been almost a month and he has reached out a few times to make sure everything is still going good and if I have any questions.

This is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. I just purchased my second vehicle from them and they treat you just like family. No pressure salesmen. They even followed me home to get the additional signatures that they needed from my wife. I won’t shop anywhere else!
