For many years, I have been a loyal customer of Boost. However, today I experienced the worst customer service from a store manager. During my lunch break, I called to inquire about something and when the phone was answered, the individual on the other end greeted me with a simple "Hello" twice. After confirming that I was calling Boost Mobile, the response I received was a casual "Yeah, how can I help you?" It appeared as though my call was an inconvenience, prompting me to inform the individual that I would call another store. To my surprise, when I called the other store, the same person with the same greeting answered the phone.
Consequently, I decided to visit the store in person to speak with a manager. Upon entering the store, I was pleasantly greeted by a young lady. I inquired if I could speak with the manager, and she directed me to the individual. To my astonishment, I recognized the voice of the manager from the phone call, and she remembered me. She immediately began to fabricate a story, claiming that I had greeted her with a "Thank you for calling Boost, how can I help you?" statement. I firmly denied this, reiterating that I had to confirm if I was calling Boost. The manager then turned to her employee, asking if they had heard her greeting, insinuating that the employee would corroborate her false claim.
It is unacceptable for a manager to provide such abysmal customer service to their customers. As a valued consumer, I suggest that you consider shopping around or conducting business with Boost.com. I sincerely hope that the owner of this location is informed about how their employees conduct business on their behalf.

They always over charge my bill cycle was up today so I called wanting to upgrade they say sure it's $35 and your up grade will start now then they send me txt saying I owe $70 they just took 35 and then want me to pay 70 tomarrow or the shut off phone what kind of business is this this is the 3rd time . So plz make sure you don't pay till you get the right answers.

This location really needs to pick who they have as customer service agents better. The girl that waited on me (Paloma) was very rude.I was there to pay my bill and she was very rude! When she looked up my account she told me there would be an extra 25$ fee when I asked her for what she had no clue on what to tell me. So as I got my money out and handed it to her she told me that I didnt have to be so rude! I have no idea what she was talking about! I have been in the service industry for the last 15 years and I have never talked to any of my customers the way she talked to me. That usually would be grounds for termination. I dont think she is a very happy person in general. If you dont like your job then QUIT!!!!!
