Went by to get a quote was told instantly that I'd have to pay out of pocket due to dealing with Allstate. Said they would do a estimate for me but it would cost 50 dollars also out of pocket. They were short and rude with me the accident I was getting fixed was not my fault just trying to get good help no need to be rude.

This is the only place I bring my vehicles if they get totaled. Really nice and courteous people to work with. They definitely won't let the insurance low ball you like they usually do.

Bernard's was recommended by a local dealership and I was really impressed when they spoke to the insurance company and they said they were impressed that Bernard's knew the process and were really good. When an insurance company is impressed with their work and knowledge and a dealership gives a recommendation- you know your vehicle is in competent hands. Thank You Bernard's for making a difficult process easier because of your expert knowledge!!!

Well I can not comment on how good the repair is at this time because it is currently in week 7 of what the estimated to be 2-3 weeks. which I understand things happen but I am never given a call to get an update and when I do call they have the attitude of I'm bothering them. This is will be first and last time I use them..If I ever get the vehicle back at this point

My insurance totaled the car, but these folks gave me a loaner car to drive. They kept me informed. I will definitely use them again if I have a need
