The new owners are amazing! My father in law surprised my family and I with tickets to fly to Alaska for Christmas. I literally called everyone I could to find somewhere to board my Dolly girl. Everyone was either booked or WAY out of our price range. Ms Robin is an absolute god send. She helped us out and took her in for the week plus some additional days after our flight was canceled. She knew I was nervous about leaving Dolly (I had never boarded any pet before this). She eased my mind and would text every day with a picture or three along with an update about how their day is going. The entire time they had her, they treated her like their own.These guys aren't like other boarding places. They genuinely care about our fur babies and will go above and beyond to make sure they are loved and taken care of while in their care all while ensuring we get updates. I highly recommend Beaus Backyard to anyone who needs to board their dog.

Absolute best place in amarillo to take your dog for boarding! They truly treat your dog like family; your dog will have an experience closer to staying at a friend's house who has a bunch of dogs vs staying at a kennel. I will never leave my dog with anyone else!

Easily best dog boarding facility I have used. A testament to the care and attention Jim and Melinda provide "their" dogs (along with their dog Beau, they treat them as their own) is the fact that my Australian Shepherd quickly recognizes the route to Beau's Backyard and can't wait to get out of car to greet them! Certainly no other facility can claim that. I have recommended them to several friends, and all agree there's no better place to board one's dog. Thank you Jim and Melinda!

Melinda at Beau's Backyard is a wonderful caretaker of furbabies! She kept our 4 dogs Saturday afternoon for 7 hours while we were in town for a birthday party and visiting friends at BSA. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and Melinda is a wonderful person to play with the dogs all afternoon! I really appreciated her accommodating us on the weekend!

This is absolutely the best kennel I have ever brought a dog to. I always know that he is getting individual love and attention with plenty of time to play outside. The owners are great and always there so you know your pup is well taken care of. Fantastic place!

We have a 1 year old dog that has never spent a night away from us. He's not very trusting and hates strangers. His first night here had its hiccups (he growled a few times) but beaus backyard was able to make him comfortable!!

Owners are amazing and so kind at this facility! We had kind of a last minute trip and they were so good at accommodating my 3 baby’s over the weekend! LOVED that they walked us through the facility and showed us where our baby’s were going to stay! We will definitely be back?? they are so loving!

Stellar! Immaculate, organized and calm. Went for a looksee and will definitely make a reservation. Head and Tails above what else is available out there. Want to know about the viral eye infection picked up at another kennel? Vet could have taken a trip to Maui!
