“My experience here wasn't so good on 8-15-23, I got upset because I showed up at their shop at 5:02pm.. ok, I understand now, when they close 5pm they're closed at 5pm. Lol, I came back the next day at 4:48pm. I needed a battery check, got it tested for free.. I needed my battery replaced and within 7mins I was done. They made my experience better today. So, yes I'll bring my business back to them.. skip out on the youngsters at AutoZone where they don't know too much..”

“The cost of two new tires and the installation was only $115 and they got it done in under 30 minutes. The manager explained that they are also tire makers, so the tire sales are wholesale compared to the mark-up people pay at Discount Tire or Meineke. Additionally, they have a nice waiting room that is completely away from the sales floor with a large-screen TV that plays normal television (not a looped corporate DVD). I've never stopped at this place before because it never seemed busy, but the reason for that is that the building was a bus depot back in the 1960s so they have numerous bays. The cars they fix are inside being fixed rather than stacked up waiting for a bay in the parking lot. In addition to tires, they provide state inspections and are full-service mechanics that do almost everything (the exception being major engine or transmission repair). I got my car inspected and did not feel taken advantage of by someone trying to push unnecessary repairs. This is now my go-to repair shop.”

“Top notch all the way. I went in expecting to buy a couple batteries for my truck and lug them back home and change them myself. I was surprised to have them say “just pull on in and we’ll test them”. Sure enough, both checked bad. They only had one in stock, but took my information down to let me know when a second will be available, and had the worst if the two replaced in literally about 2 minutes.
