“I visited Oreillys yesterday on 12/9/2025 looking for “fluids” for my vehicle. I had no clue on what fluids I needed (I’m just a girl ?) I just knew that my car was seeming as if it wanted to run hot. A cool guy named Ben assisted me. He helped me find the fluid that I needed which was Antifreeze, whole time I thought antifreeze was the stuff in the can and he corrected me and told me that, that’s called Freon… oops ? however once he got me the items that I needed, he went the extra mile and put them in my car for me. Took an hour or so for, I was able to get up there and get the battery. Whenever I got there, the battery was already sitting on the counter with the receipt stuck to it. Staff was extremely friendly and offered to put the battery in for me. Just good customer service.”
