A bad battery on your way to Colorado is not something you want to have!Thankfully, we made a stop at this AutoZone to have it checked out. They helped us find a battery that was reasonably priced and installed it (:Everyone was super helpful! It was nice to see the whole team help each other out as well.Super quick too!! The whole process took about 20-30mins.Thank you all so much!

The AutoZone on Grand is absolutely amazing! Matthew and Aubree went above and beyond to help us with our battery warranty and had us out the door with a new one. I definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of parts.

Bout spark plugs online. Got to the store and they said they didn't even have them in stock. Refunded my money when I could of picked them up at another store. I stead had to wait 3 days to get my money back just to buy them all over again. Just a waist of time..

My car battery died unexpectedly today as my wife and I were making the long haul from Houston to Denver. We were completely stranded here in Amarillo - until I got to autozone and Brandon was able to look at my car. His great sense of humor and willingness to go above and beyond really made what was a very stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. I got out of the hospital today and my girlfriend car was leaking old really bad she been driving it like that for about 2 or 3 days I when to atuo zone on south grand I walked in the door and ask for help Brandon is one of the guys that said he could help he looked at the car didn't see what was wrong with it we found out what it was be I could get back onto the building he had the new part he went to his car and got a jack and tools and help me fix it.it took 10mins I was very satisfied with the help I received I will be going back there for now on thank you Brandon no my old leaking

09/16/22 - Uh, oh. Battery is dead. Yeah, I accidentally left the lights on, so after a friend jump-started my car, I went to AutoZone to check if the battery was completely dead or if it just needed to be recharged. Turns out the battery just needed a charge. As he was disconnecting years meter the AutoZone employee noticed my lights were a bit dim, so he reconnected the meter and checked a different setting. Turns out my voltage regulator was failing. It is that kind of observation and willingness to double check that makes me a fan and continued customer. Keep up the good work.VERDICT: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
