Lousy experience dealing with service department. I made an almost 2 hour drive, on my first and last time dealing with this dealership/service department, to have the oil changed in my 2023 BMW M8 Competition, just to drive it back home and have it drip oil all over the concrete in my garage. Before I left, however, the advisor Kendra all but demanded I leave a 5 star review of my experience. This experience caused me great stress, anxiety and a loss of sleep. I did make several appointments to bring the vehicle back and have the problem “fixed”, but chose not to because you don’t get a second chance at a first impression. When I did speak to the advisor again over the matter she showed a lack of compassion by making excuses for the “technician’s” careless and sloppy work, nor was I offered towing service from my home. Only thing I wish I could change is the marks I left on the review from BMW North America because I did as Kendra asked and gave high marks where they were not earned before I realized the poor quality of work that was performed. This was the worst experience dealing with a service department, ever.

Shout out to Kendra and her team for helping us on our road trip through Amarillo - when we were worried our vacation would be ruined she talked us through the steps necessary to fix the car locking mechanism and allow us to go on our way!

I am stranded in Amarillo TX because I hit some debris in the road and caused some damage. I called the service department here and was assured if the order was placed before 11 am and payed for I would have the parts the next day. Order was placed and paid for before 11 am and then the parts department simply did not place the order until after noon. Now I am stuck in Amarillo for another day, costs me another day in a hotel. Highly unprofessional and just terrible service. I explained the situation I was in so did the guys at the repair shop I'm working with. We were simply lied to. Do not do business with theses folks if you can possibly avoid it.I had to come back and update this review. After dropping the ball and not ordering the parts they did it a second time. Promised that the parts would be here, assured that they would arrive and they did not. I cannot describe this as anything other than dishonest and the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with a BMW dealership. This has honestly completely turned me off the brand. I will never buy another BMW and I cannot wait to trade mine in.I appreciate the response from the owner. While I know you do not control the freight shipment I feel this certainly could have been handled better. I did file an insurance claim that was approved and I just need the parts to complete the repair. I did call in to order the parts myself however I was told to expedite the process I should let the shop place the order. I was assured that there was no need to "expedite" the order. It just needed to be placed by 11am. If at any point I would have been told additional steps needed to be taken to ensure ontime delivery I absolutely would have. I am sure expedited shipping would be less than the 2 additional nights in a hotel I was forced to book. Again thank you for the response but it really seems like the blame game is being played and no one involved is willing to take ownership of the mistake. Also, I called and asked to please speak with the general manager about this situation. I explained what was going on to the person who took my call. I was then just transfered to the parts department. It seems like the GM blew me off not wanting to deal with the issue. I could be wrong but that is how I the customer was made to feel. I wish you and your shop well i truly hope this feedback is taken serious, God Bless, Sir.

Just got off the phone with Internet sales guy. Was asking him about the next allocation for the 2023 Alpina XB7. He was steering me away from it and constantly bashing the Alpina b7 saying a customer that was a doctor there will never buy another Alpina. What a fantastic professional super helpful internet sales guy! ??The owner of this dealership should be very proud ?

I highly recommend this branch for service. We were on road trip to Dallas and got breakpads replace sign. Although it was long weekend, service department lady helped us out of all the odd conditions there. Spoke with professionals while we waited and they greeted us very happily. We were back on road within no time and with lot of peace.

After breaking down on I-40 in New Mexico, my vehicle was towed to Autoplex BMW in Amarillo. Kyndra in the service department was outstanding to work with during the process, and she was able to get me back down the road in a timely fashion. Thank you!

Tate was awesome and we very much appreciated his help! However his manager on the other hand is the reason we won’t be returning and why we will be purchasing elsewhere. He degraded us for being young and trying to purchase a car even though I was 1000% more than financially able to purchase that car in CASH today. The manager asked if I even had a job or credit, he solely was judging us based on our age. He asked if my parents would be co-signing and wasn’t taking us serious, as if someone in their twenties couldn’t afford a vehicle on their own. Total disrespect!!

I love Autoplex BMW in Amarillo! Left my car for three hours yesterday, and when I came to pick it up they had washed it inside and out, even though I was only having brakes done. What service!
