I went in to Get Fit yesterday for the first time with my husband. I’ve been having trouble finding the right shoes for work and the gym and thought maybe the On Clouds could be the answer. The girl who helped me was the BEST!! She was incredibly knowledgeable, made wonderful recommendations, went back and fourth what seemed like 100 times getting different shoes for both of us. She was so friendly, helpful and kind despite our indecisiveness and being so picky! Was happy to find several pair we loved and we will most definitely be back, such a wonderful local shopping experience!!

Hailee was extremely knowledgeable and friendly while helping us. She took the time needed to get both my daughter and me into the shoes that were needed for us! I can’t say enough great things about all the staff...I won’t be shopping for shoes anywhere else from now on! Best shoe buying experience in my entire life!

Love HotWorx!!!! I sweat like crazy and feel like I get an amazing workout in a short amount of time. I am already able to tell that I am stronger and able to do some of the workouts easier. I am seeing changes in my body and how my clothes fit!

As an update......the owner was able to speak his peace regarding the situation. I chose NOT to retaliate, as we all have a right to free speech & are afforded the right to tell versions of what we all feel happens. Right? I took some time to absorb his responses, allow my spirit to calm, due to the fact that this truly IS an emotional situation. I respect all those who have commented & provided information, thank you. I am a very well educated woman who has worked in the corporate world for many many years, customer service and sales. My faith is what holds me grounded every single day. My father owned his own business in Amarillo for over 46 years, so I know first hand what it is like to be a private business owner, working hard to earn trust & respect in a community. And I respect Dwayne's (owner of this UPS store) pride in his store. However, I was also raised where accidents happen. NOBODY is perfect, no business is perfect & as a business owner you cannot ALWAYS be correct. There are at times that regardless of the situation, customers need to be heard & very possibly the customer could be right. Regardless of the situation, other people have family too & if this was your family or your circumstance you have to ask yourself "how would I want it handled?" I have a friend who has owned a UPS store for over 24 years and an acquaintance who he & his wife have owned a store for almost 20 years. My friend has ensured me that not all UPS owners would handle the situation the way Dwayne did & UPS does not need to get the bad wrap for his actions. It's a choice Dwayne has made. The acquaintance just had a situation recently happen where by someone I know mailed out 2 very fragile boxes, insured them to the most she could afford & upon arrival they were damaged. UPS is taking care of the insurance, however these items cost far more than what they were insurance for. They were damaged beyond repair & have held in immense sentimental value for over 29 years. The store owner & his wife have CHOSEN to make it right with this client & cover the difference in cost of these items value. This was THIER CHOICE to make it right with their customer because they care & pride themselves in taking care of their customers. So I had to take a step back & realize that this ring my Nana wore to my wedding over 31 years ago and to her eldest grandchild's wedding 3 years ago could still be taken care of should the owner have it in his heart to care not only for his clients, but his business reputation as well. It takes having a caring heart. My Nana passed last April & this situation went on for over 9 months. She was NOT a woman of wealth, nor did she have much to give other than the most amazing love to her grandkids. NONE of us knew this ring had ANY financial value. I did as UPS asked & found rings similar to this one, sent them over & provided a value for what I could find on-line. And I was satisfied with that. However, the OWNER REQUESTED that we get FULL ESTIMATES from a Jeweler on the ring. I paid for 2 estimates. Once he received these & we found out the ring was valued at far more than ANY of us ever knew.....it was at that point that Dwayne claimed ZERO responsibility. So as of today.......We still do not have a resolve. We have an "I'm sorry, but it was not my fault" that has come over. Yet had it been any other store where the owners had compassion & care, my Nana's ring would have been taken care of by them. So as I believe today, UPS is not at fault. Compassionate & Caring UPS store owners who CARE ABOUT their clients would have made this right, as they would NEVER wish for the same to happen to them. It is very sad. Yet I trust my God will bless those who do right and judge those who do not.

I've used this store exclusively for years and they have always been friendly and efficient. Recently they went over and above the call of duty to help me track down the young man who stole my wallet which I had inadvertently left behind on the counter. They pulled up the video of my transaction, called me and showed me how this young man had stealthily pocketed my wallet with a dozen credit cards, numerous pieces of ID, and my checks. Throughout the long weekend I worried about the effort required to report and replace all those items. Armed with the information the UPS Store provided me I was able to track him down and retrieve my property before he had a chance to steal my identity. If I had had to wait for APD to follow up weeks later it would have been too late. Thank you Dwayne and your wonderful staff!

Apparently they do not know how to print a prepaid UPS label at this store. Instead you are required to pay to use their computer and pay for a printout of one of their labels. I called the UPS store on 34th and they said they can print the label for me. Needless to say I will never go back to this particular store again.

I have use this location several times and I love coming here because everybody is so friendly (they remember their regulars) they are all problem solvers! I typically mail packages out or drop packages off. I had an issue with delivery and Robin the manager took care of it quickly without any problems. I really love the convenience of them storing addresses that I have used recently. PROS - plenty of parking - helpful, friendly & efficient employees - Clean & organized
