We have AMA tech for 2years now. Bad customer service,Lots of excuses, network is not fast. I rate it 2-stars for cheaper payments that’s all. Not worth it

Had this service for a while with few issues until we moved to another state. Sent the equipment back( surprise! they can't find it) and have been getting bills for 4 months after getting service shut off. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere

I’ve always been happy with AMA because of their fast internet and great prices.After a storm caused some damage in our town effecting our internet they sent out great service workers who went above and beyond to get our internet back! Highly recommend them!

Do not recommend for anyone, especially small businesses. They charge way more a month than other internet providers and their speeds are worse than most competitors. When we decided to switch services to save money and speed up the internet at our office, we received a bill for over $4,000 for "lapsing" on a 36 month contract we did not know we were in. Take your money elsewhere.

The technical support is very good. Usually they can help me with just what I need over the phone. This time I needed to show them in person my new laptop. They were very helpful

They do not service Amarillo despite what some people say. The customer service person told me that there is no internet service in Amarillo from AMA techtel

I've had AMA TechTel internet service for almost three years and have had very few issues with speed or the ability to connect to apps such as Netflix or Hulu. You do need to get the best they offer... you get what you pay for. I have to agree with other clients, that when the service goes down (for whatever reason) it takes all day for them to remedy the situation. Although this is inconvenient, it is a lot better than the other internet providers in my area. I will say that any time I have had a problem, I can call customer service and they have always been polite and as helpful as possible, which is amazing when you consider how rude most individuals in any kind of customer service position have gotten in the last couple of years! I probably would go with another provider if I lived in an area that had better options, but if you live in an area where your options are limited then AMA Tech Tel is better than the alternative.

If .. No when, the outage occurs it takes HOURS UPON HOURS to restore.And it's not a question of if, but when, because the if is a certainty...!Very nice Customer Service and Office Staff Employees, but the service itself goes out a lot, for hours upon hours.

Do not care when you are without internet. Fixes it at their convenience. Terrible customer service.

Horrible service. Always having outages in Loraine. And always takes them forever to fixing the so called issue. I sure hope we start getting more options in WiFi companies in town in the near future. I’ve heard of other companies wanting to come in. Guess we’ll see. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Moved here(Seymour,Tx) end of April 2021 and had ama techtel installed and was going well until antenna unit on top of pole failed, this was about a month and a half in. Everything going well and all of a sudden this week(8-29/8-31) everything equipment wise begins to fail. Sunday we lose internet, call service tech and he checks and says battery has failed, we will be there Monday am to replace.Monday morning tech shows up and changes modem, ok, by early afternoon we are without internet again! Service rep does not troubleshoot it over the phone but says tech will be back Tuesday. So he shows up today and replaced all the equipment, antenna, cable, modem, batteries, everything. So far it’s still working.The service people on the phone and our service tech have all responded in a timely manner but it seems the equipment may not be up to the task, thus 3 stars only! Edited 10-2-21…And now once again, not our equipment, but the service is down in our area and after all day with no service, ama techtel doesn’t know what the problem is! Oh I forgot, nobody here works on weekends, Santa Rosa are you reading this?!So here we are again, 10-28-21 and no service. Guy will be here between 8am and 5pm, it’s 2:00pm where are you?I hope by know people will understand why I DONT recommend!4:30 and still a no show, wonderful?

Good service for the price. Support available 24/7/365.Bandwidth is not shared, like some previous people indicate, and from what I see, the people who have major issues are those who wait days or weeks after their services has been down to report it.
