I highly recommend Woodforest in Alvin for personal and business banking. The customer service at this location has always exceeded expectations, and the location and hours are convenient. I am most familiar with the teller, Saphy, who's always ready to greet and assist in a courteous and welcoming manner through her knowledge and customer service skills. Five stars!
