“Stopped by to get my smartwatch watch battery replaced, Ondre was quick and extremely friendly. I was looking at the purses and we carried on a conversation about purses and somehow I mentioned my bad habits are purses and perfume - we then started talking about all these fragrances. He has by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had explained I was going to use Klarna to purchase a purse but wanted to see in person - he began to assist me with logging on to my account so I could purchase in the store and make payments (I hate dropping big amounts at one time). We couldn’t get my acct to go through BUT because of his friendliness and awesome attitude - I said oh what the heck and purchased the Jolie Baguette black purse! I can easily walk away BUT Ondre was so helpful, friendly, very patient and just made my day with the small conversation we had - it made me want the purse more.
