Went to pick up my RX after 24 hours after it was sent by my dr. Told me to come back after 12pm. I arrived and waited in line for 15 minutes just for them to tell me it wouldn't be there until the following business day. Sent my husband to pickup the next day and then they didn't have the correct insurance information or anything. Transferred my RX to Kroger - Walgreens is the worst.

Luke in the pharmacy showed me exactly which allergy medicine my dr prescribed. Thank you for getting my prescription ready quickly and taking the time out of your day to show me exactly where the meds I need are. Thanks again Luke for going the extra mile to help this sick lady!

One star because I can't give zero stars. INEPT AND INCOMPETENT! go there only if you want your BP to blow 190/125. They absolutely have no business being in business.

Worst Pharmacy! They put you on hold and never pick up the phone. If it wasn't because my insurance was attached to Walgreens, I would never use them. Good luck on getting any help from these people.

Their inability to accomplish most things pharmacy related gets to the point where it’s quite comical. Between not having something ready when they say they would, saying that they aren’t aware of what I was talking about when I made a prior arrangement, or repeatedly saying that they never received a prescription, I sit in amazement. If the scale on this was 0.1 - 5, even a 0.1 would be too high. Seriously, you have to see this to believe it.

You made an appointment for COVID but you arrived at the pharmacy and their staff, I'm sorry, we no longer offer and we don't know how long, I'm sorry, change your options on the website IT DOESN'T COST YOU ANYTHING, it takes time to come, thank you

It's very difficult to call in a prescription for a patient at this location. This option is not on the original phone tree. You have to trick the phone tree into letting you leave prescribing information. You really have to be persistent. If for some reason you try to speak to someone, they put you on hold and try to shuffle you off to someone else, over and over again. Nobody gets it.

Been coming here for the past year and everytime that I have come to pickup a prescription after they call me and tell me that it is ready the prescription is NEVER ready! This place is absolute garbage and will be going somewhere else

The pharmacy staff is the most unprofessional I’ve ever encountered at a Walgreens. Zero tact or customer service. For the number of people working I’m appalled.

Drove 35 mins to this location to pick up 4 prescriptions called in by my doctor. Get home to find out they only put 3 in the bag. I called and was given several disturbing excuses why 1 prescription was left out, from “it was busy” to “lots of clutter on the desk and it was buried under papers”. The Walgreens employee on the phone said they could have the prescription sent to me “same day” FedEx since they had made the error, so right before the call ended I asked if it was going to be delivered today “same day” and the answer changed to “tomorrow delivery”. I recommend to the employee that they discuss this with their supervisor along with all the excuses they gave to me so it wouldn’t happen to another customer who is in need of medication. The employee immediately hung up on me. I’m seeing now why this location has a horrible Google rating of only 2of5 stars…so now I am forced to make another 1 hour round trip drive to pick up my 4th prescription the pharmacy employee left out. No one should ever be placed in this situation when it comes to medical care.

Walgreens pharmacy Alvin tx is the absolute worse!!! You get a live person on the phone, give them all the info they ask; DOB, patients name, etc… please hold on, then you’re on an ETERNAL HOLD! Finally someone picks up the call and ask if they can help me….seriously?!?!? Need to find another pharmacy, all I can say.

I was to have my meds delivered, due to Christmas Walgreens scheduled delivery on that day. I got a text on Christmas that said was being delivered and then canceled, I understood and figured I would get it the next day. I called the first time and the woman said she had it in her hand and would send it out. I called back and 2 different times they said it was picked up, called back a 4th time and they said it was there and I asked if I could just come get it, she said that would probably be a better choice. So I sent my wife to get it, she waited 30 minutes in the drive through to be told it was not there. She went inside and waited another 30 minutes and was able to get it…all day deal….and several other times meds weren’t ready when I had submitted the day before and on the app it said pick up next day by certain time….place needs to get rid of everyone and get people that actually care about the job they are hired to do…
