I walked in there because I needed a provider and I asked a few questions I like the answers I got and within 15-20 minutes I had a phone in my hand my same phone do the not having a provider I couldn't keep my number but I don't care at least I know now my phone's going to work all the time.

Went here to upgrade to a new phone and Apple Watch. I left the trade in watch and phone with them to ship back to Verizon. Everything went ok until a month later my Verizon bill showed I owed $550 for the trade in device. I contact Verizon directly and get told that I have to go back to this store to get it resolved. As I walk in, the same girl who helped us before walks in from outside and states, “Perfect timing.” She proceeded to tell us that she was not able to turn in our old phone to Verizon after all. Hands me the device covered in our receipt from the day we upgraded. Also, I ask if she happened to have kept the original Apple box that the upgraded phone came in since that was not in our bag when we got home. She explains that she kept it for about a week and then threw it away. How about a phone call? This would have allowed us to get our box and know that she couldn’t turn in the old phone. Instead she hoped that we would just come into the store at some point. I am not at all happy about this and what a huge inconvenience. Also, in the box should have been a Apple power cord that we don’t get either. Don’t take a chance on this place unless you want poor customer service and having to drive to a corporate store to get things resolved. Next time I’ll just go to a Verizon corporate store!
