Vehicle kept for multiple days on a routine maintenance and recall service. Shop seemed overwhelmed. Vehicle returned to me without fluids topped off and without cleaning. Service advisor seemed to be trying his best.

Worse experience ever. My wife bought a 2024 Trax which has all kinds of problems. They been having her car for over a week now and just now calling to tell her they will be keeping her car until December 2024. The turbo went out in a new car plus all kinds of other things. She’s dealing with a new guy who does not know how to communicate+ there making her pay for a rental car due to them being a franchise. DO NOT PURCHASE a VEHICLE from them. There service department sucks.

Horrible customer service, most if not all of the reviews that are high rated are BOTs or completly fabricated/paid for. If you have a dealership you can use other than this place for service or sales related to chevy I would highly advise you do so, even if it is hours out of the way for you.

The do not pick up phone and last 6 months repair my GMC Truck the fixed
And we drive second days completely stop on the road
So don’t buying Ron Carter Dealership any car his services is really bad
His technician is not qualified
I am so tired the Dealership

I have purchased several cars at Ron Carter Chevrolet. I stopped by just to look at my dream car, which was a C8 Corvette. Didn't expect to make a purchase that day, but I saw the exact Corvette I wanted, and the deal was too good to pass up. This was the fastest and easiest vehicle purchase thanks to Leo and his great customer service.

Customer service here fell down the drain. Unfortunately for us, they can pay to have 1 star reviews taken down. Unfortunately for them, it costs $850 per review to remove.

Most of these reviews are fake , as for ours it’s a real zero! I’d give them negative stars if possible. They do not keep promises nor return calls , a joke dealership in our book . Legal action coming
