“A cozy little chain retailer that offers womens wear and accessories. The staff was friendly and helpful. As usual the store was neat and well organized, and the dressing rooms are open. It's currently offering a 25% discount on some items. It wasn't too crowded at the time of my visit, and none of the associates wore masks. I browsed and was able to locate a beautiful floral dress that I really liked! I plan to visit again in the future.”

I ordered some chairs and a foldaway canopy cover. I mistakenly thought everything would come in a box for me to assemble, so I drove up in my little Hyundai (don't judge; it's paid off, lol) for curbside.
The guy wheeled my things out, and we quickly saw that it was not going work. It was okay, though. They allowed me to switch to my husband's truck and held on to my order for me, no problem.
When they came out again, the guy helped to make sure everything fit properly for me and helped me load everything. 2nd time there, I was parked and left in under 10 minutes.
I really appreciate how relaxed and willing to work with me everyone was, so much so that despite not being an outdoor girlie myself, my son & hubs are, so I got the app and everything now. Probably going to buy my son's next swingset here. I'll be back!!”

Then looked around and found a flannel on clearance that i really liked, but also didnt have my size.Heavenly and Aiden were awesome and found the exact two items my size at memorial city mall. “They were very good at corralling me around the way to get in line. I had 2 items to return. One of the items was a heavy duty cot&a sleeping bag, I never got to use them during the long weekend. It was too hot to really go out&have an enjoyable time. However, they handled my return with a snap. I was surprised how easy&no squabbling. I just handed them the receipt &was in+out maybe 10 minutes. They handled it really well. They were an older man with dark hair that helped me&a younger lady with dark hair. They seemed really nice.”

“This was probably my best experience with Foot Locker. I was helped by a young man named Yimi. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He had to do a lot of running around for us to find the shoes we wanted. In the end, they didn't have the shoe we wanted in the right size. This didn't stop Yimi from being helpful. He searched other stores in the area and gave us the address of one close by that had what we were looking for. Overall, the customer service was exceptional. We will definitely be back in the future.”
