Their car wash scratched up my car along with other customers right before and after me. I got a call saying that they were not going to fix it, and I have been a loyal customer, coming here since they opened! Complete disregard for the damage they caused. Avoid this car wash at all costs!!

First time and very professional moving and made me felt like I was home. Very friendly and not shy at all they... will let you know about the it's and out"s... Must go !! And now I'm scheduled a contract.

This is what a car wash at Rich's will get you. I'm enraged. This gash is BEYOND inexcusable and I plan on doing whatever it takes to hold them accountable. I've used Rich's for years. I even had a membership for quite a while. I'm NEVER coming back. Please do not put your car at risk. Its not worth it. Once you get a gash like this there's no going back. They've ruined my entire door. I've seen bitter exes take it easier on cars than how these crooks did me. Disgusted!

The staff is really great but this car wash works about half the time. I have the VIP sticker that I pay monthly on and more times than not, my car still has dirty spots, sometimes I drive out with soap suds still all over it, sometimes it's still sopping wet, and most recently it broke the antena off the top of my car. Definitely going to rethink this "convenience " since it's costing me more money and time than it would otherwise.

I went to the alvin location to quickly run through the car wash and while vacuuming I accidentally hit the lock button and locked myself out. The employees were so quick to help me try and reach someone and when that wouldn’t work they took it upon them selves to help me and were able to get into my car for me. I am so thankful for their help and patience as I was close to a full anxiety attack. I was already a returning customer but this just solidifies my future visits

I live closer to the Angleton site, yet Alvin is a bit better. This car wash is one that I found that FINALLY cleans my truck's tailgate. Also, the tire shine gets the entire face of the tire. In general, a better deal.

HORRRIBLE SERVICE!! I took my car to get washed here and the machine ripped off my side mirror. I was told upon the incident that they will fix it with no problem just to give them 2 days to contact their insurance. Come to find out a week and half later I get a call that they refuse to take responsibility for breaking my mirror off! I definitely won’t be coming back here again.Service: Polishing

Unless you don’t mind doing 1/2 the work yourself, then this place is for you.
I’ve been to a lot of different drive-thru car washes and this is the first time I’ve ever been to one where you pre-soak, with a brush yourself and have to finish drying off your car yourself. My car wasn’t just a little wet coming out after the blow dryers, it still had water drops covered on my hood and the trunk of my car. Now I realize that’s why people were getting the supplied towels and drying off their own vehicles.
