They told me I can't fill there anymore bc I only have 2rx controlled. They want me to transfer all my Rx in order for me to be a customer, but they can't get the drug I need MONJARO bc the owner said my insurance was not paying them....So why would I do that Jennifer? Why would i transfer anything u told me u cant get. DUH!!! But, you cut me off. I will NEVER recommend your pharmacy to anyone. YALL PICK & CHOOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS...SAYS ALOT.

Was going here for awhile to try and help a smaller pharmacy. Then get a call that the pharmacy won't continue to fill prescription due to them "not seeing value in my business"

The service at Parkwood is very efficient when shipping in person, delivery or mail. I don't plan to change them.

Is very friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you need, they'll get it the next day. Worked with my insurance and Doctor.Neighborhood pharmacy. Is my place now.

First I asked if they had my medication in stock and they said they did. Which is great because no other pharmacy does. Then they are VERY specific about telling me I need to live in a 20 mile radius. Which I do. So I tell my telahealth company to send over my prescription then I get a message telling me they don't take telahealth. Im living in trailer park in Alvin while my dog receives chemo in Pearland. We're from Montana and they don't have that service. I have doctor in Montana however this state doesn't take out of state prescriptions even coming from a freaking hospital. So I have to pay $175 for 5min on the phone with some $$$ doc in Huston just to get a script. I have no sympathy for these extremely local policies.

The pharmacist went above and beyond today. I’m in between doctors because I’m in the middle of changing physicians. She managed to track down the head of the whole organization to approve my refill. She’s a gem thank you.

Very dissapointing service. Was told they could fill my son's prescription (which is backordered everywhere else). My doctor called to confirm, which they did. I then called to pick up and was told they only fill prescriptions within 20 miles of their store. I wasted an entire day trying to find a pharmacist, only to have these people mislead me.
