Rented a climate controlled unit for a few months... came back to all of my stuff that wasn’t wrapped covered in mold. Everything that was in boxes (ie, clothes, shoes, ELECTRONICS etc plus some of the stuff shown here. The owner basically said “tough luck” that I signed the contract that stated they aren’t responsible for any unit malfunctions and the damage to personal property. Way to take care of the customer... definitely never recommending nor using this place again. I don’t think they realize instead of refunding a couple hundred, they lose a few thousand from referrals and my own future business. Watch out for this place.

My fiance and I rent one of the smaller buildings at this location. I wouldn't say that there is anything majorly wrong with anything about it. But there really isnt anything spectacular about it either. It's just another place for us to store our items while the repair to our home are STILL being done after Harvey. But I digress...

My unit was broken into, management knew about several break ins that happened while the cameras were "broken". They never contacted the clients about their units being broken into. Shady business, shady management.
