Review posted on June 19, 2024. I had taken my vehicle to get my oil changed for approximately about a year at this location, and had never had any problems to start with. However, similar to another review, I find out, recently, that the boys at this location did not tighten my oil filter, causing the oil to leak . I drive 10 to 12 hour days, and for approximately a month and a half, I have been driving with almost no oil. I finally got an alert on my dashboard saying my oil pressure was low. The mechanic said that the oil filter nearly fell off when they went to grab it, as if it had been slowly wiggling its way off, and the rest of the oil went all over the place. I guess you get what you pay for because now I’m having to make up the difference for a discounted oil change when I had to take it into a repair shop. This is the second facility in a month Scam me out of simple work on a vehicle. I had actually come back to this place again because of Firestone Not performing the work they charged me on. These shops are coming greedy and desperate. I am currently currently at the fourth mechanic to fix the mistakes triggered by all the other previous mechanics at of cost of approximately $5000. Watch who you take your vehicles to during this greedy economy.

A staffer was yelling and cursing as I pulled into the parking lot attempting to tell me where to park. Changed attitude when I spoke to him. The staffer stated they no longer do inspections. Poor service and appearance.

Be careful when seeking service at this location. I would not endorse this business in any manner. I had to take my vehicle to another shop to repair their work.

They have a very clean shop they were ready to do the work. I did not have the work done there because I found that Walmart was $20 cheaper.
