We had to ask the 3 people behind the counter playing on their phones if we could get some assistance. This was after standing there for 10mins. We seen the item and stood and waited another 15mins for them to locate the rest of the components to go with the item. They could not find them or get the item to operate properly. Very disappointing as we drove from the next town to buy. The salesman was very persistent in selling me extra warranty on the item before even confirming operation of the item. Come to find out the was no sale at all.

Very friendly store staff. Excellent A+ customer service and excellent speed. I was in and out of the store in less than 7 minutes with a very good offer in the transaction. The lady Ms Ogonu was very kind and customer friendly and also the store manager. Will refer anyone to this location in Alvin anyday.

I recently moved to Alvin, Tx and was running short on living expenses. I live near EZ Pawn so I went there to get a loan on a firearm. I was immediately greeted by Mr Scott when entered. He had a name tag on so I noticed his name. The transaction went smoothly. I will go back soon as I need a laptop . I noticed there was a good selection there.
