I love this store. I have had them make jewelry for me, repair it, and resize it. I also buy gifts for others there, all the time. This time, they managed to match a 100 year old watch to a new band for me.

I give them 3 only because of how sweet Mrs. Nesrsta was! Lisa is all over the place, I think that was her name, talked down to Mrs. N when she stepped in making sure I was being helped, after she could go out for a smoke break and didn’t come back in. Very unprofessional! I didn’t like overall how she spoke to her elder! It is a hometown shop and I did not get that hometown feeling!!

Front desk lady very unhappy person. I enter store to pick up my jewelry she did not even greet me. Mean look on her face won't be back. My necklace was fixed but lord if your unhappy with your job find another one.
