I just bought four birthday balloons for my daughter at this store. When I came out, one of them blew away in the wind, and I needed to replace it. Upon telling the cashier my situation, you would think that she would say for me to just go get another one. But no. Not only did she not recommend I just go grab one and go, but she let me stand in a big line of rude, poorly raised people who had heard the situation but were going to hold their place in line no matter what about 4 to 5 deep. Clearly, I had cash in my hand and one of them could’ve said oh sorry that happened to you , and you should just go ahead.By the way I was dressed , it was plain to see that I am on my way to work, unlike the line of people in their dirty jeans and sweatpants. But beyond that , the CASHIER did not call anyone else up to the front, which she should have, or have any compassion at all about my situation. When I mentioned this to her, after finally arriving at the front of the line, she simply said nothing, no apology, and just rolled her eyes That’s just plain bad policy and that’s just plain rude ! It is the store’s job to provide good customer service. And this customer service was rotten. I’m just wondering where common sense and common decency has gone. Certainly not at the Dollar Tree.

Still the same but the Cashiers are still terrible come check out. Always have to wait for them to come back to their register.

It's not a dollar anymore. From $1.25 up. I go in to check out garden stuff. Always find something cute or practical.

Good but quite weird felt like I was not wanted there. Very eary quiet environment. Not to friendly. Felt alienated as a customer and treated like I was a possible thief. Watched from the time I walked in the door. I like to browse and look at things, and come up with new craft ideas. It is very hard to be creative when I'm being watched and followed and gawked at. Never been arrested or never stolen from any store ever. I don't carry a purse when I go to the store. I actually don't carry anything when I go in the store but my card in my back pocket. So I'm not quite sure where these people think I'm sticking things, but I don't have a bag and I don't normally wear loose clothing. I would like to feel more at home and welcome when I go to the stores like this, instead of being followed and treated as if I'm not welcome there.

Pretty clean and not as badly cluttered as most are. Employees super helpful.

What's the point of being open until 9 if you're going to lock the store up before then?

It was a standard, bit-cluttered Dollar Tree. Bathroom was low-end but decent and didn't require a key, which I appreciate.A clerk opened another register as there were probably five customers in line - that's a Positive.I have not before seen the PLUS aisle with $3 and $5 items. It is Good that they are pretty clearly marked. For a Dollar Tree, this is just what I expect
