0/10 do not recommend! I got a truck from these people and I had 1.5 payments left and I totaled it and my insurance paid the remaining balance! I got another car from them the very next day after totaling my truck. The vehicle had less than 100k miles on it no lights on the dash at all and I tried to go out of state and didn’t even make it out of Houston and the transmission control module went out on the freeway so we had it towed to the nearest mechanic shop on rankin rd which was closed because it was late. I left my key under the head rest and Dion’s then had it towed to their mechanic by the tow company they work with whom ripped my entire front bumper off of the car and I was accused of wrecking the car which I didn’t. They then charged me $200 for a new key because they said it wasn’t where I said it was. I get to the dealership after 2 weeks with no car to pick it back up because they said it was fixed and ready to be picked up. That’s when I arrive to see that my bumper was completely torn off and sitting in the passenger seat which is when I was accused of wrecking the vehicle. And the key was exactly where I said it was and I was still charged for a key because they said the old one no longer worked since a new one was made. I had the first tow truck driver send photos of the car before and after it was towed with the bumper still intact not a scratch on it. So I put my own bumper back on in the back of the “dealership” and came home. A week later I try to go out of state again and low and behold I barely made it to Huntsville and the transmission blew after only having the vehicle less than 6 months and only driving in town except the two times I tried to go out of Texas for work. And they treated me like my wife and I did something wrong like we sold them a lemon car.

It was great at first. But instead of notifying us of the insurance lapsing they would repo our vehicle. Happened twice. This last time we had actually lost our home and most of our belongings. When they repossessed our vehicle we still had some stuff in there because, we were from relative to relatives. We had our childrens birth certificates and social security cards, baby’s car seat , some other important paper work. Every time we called to see if we could go up there to get it there was an excuse, either Peyton wasn’t there at the moment or her day off. Last time I called he straight up told me “ oh all that got thrown away” . Obviously I don’t believe him I believe they they kept it for their own malicious ways. Who in their right mind would throw that away when you clearly read on the back to mail it back to owner or the main office. Very shady place please be careful we’re you shop for your next vehicle. These people have 0 communication skills. In the process of talking to lawyers.

This place is definitely a scam. They allowed me to put down on a used car that I was unable to make it home in. I called them about the transmission,and the owner and the owners daughter told me they couldn't pay to have it fixed. I'd only had the car for a day. I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is definitely a scam. I was sold a lemon. All they want is your money. I've contacted an Attorney and the BBB it seems they have several claims pending....? Beware

This company is absolutely amazing I bought a truck back in March they have been so understanding and willing to work with me. I could not have found a better place to buy a vehicle from.
