No wonder this location has a 1.9 rating. When I walked in, the older lady at the front desk just stared at me but neglected to greet me properly. The old lady next to her had a staring problem as well. So rude, tacky and no manners. I asked her how much can I put in the card and she told me $999.00 she was miserable and short with me and wasn't happy to have a job. Maybe she needs to be at home, because she's making CVS look bad. When the $999.00 didn't deposit she told me it wasn't going through so I suggested she try $500.00. I'm the customer but I'm doing her job for her making suggestions and solutions that's she's not offering up to me. She made the process long and grueling and I will not be returning to that location. Older overweight brunette Caucasian woman working around 11am today. She needs to be fired!

Normally I don’t have a problem with the drive thru. Today I called the pharmacy, 1st time holding so someone to answer I was hung up on. I called them back someone finally answered. I told them I needed to straighten up my 4 RXs because they need to refill 2 before the one I still have 35 days left of. I was put on hold. Then after a few minutes hung up on. I only switched to CVS because of my insurance. Not happy right now!

This pharmacy never has orders ready when they say they are. I've received texts telling me to come pick up my orders and when I get there they say they just got them and won't be ready for 15 minutes. I even tried explaining that it is heart medication and I need to take it ASAP and the lead pharmacist is extremely unhelpful and has a poor attitude. She seems very unhappy to be where she is at. Older lady with glasses.

Said the didn’t have the medicine for my prescription, I asked if another CVS had it and said they were able to find some here. Waited for an hour when they said 10 minutes

Just waited 15 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru and tried calling and no response so I decided to go inside for my prescription all to see that the pharmacy was closed (not regularly scheduled closing time) and no one was smart enough to put a sign outside for people?? I told an employee and she looked lost that I even suggested a note be placed outside. What a disappointment.

Whats the point of picking up blood pressure medicine and antidepressants if there is only one lane open, window barely opened, yelling at the employee and then just killing yourself before you can get them

What a horrible service, I went to pick up a prescription and a lady named Brittany treated me very ugly, annoying and rude, she threw the card at me when she handed it to me, she is spoiled, I don't understand if she doesn't want to work, she should stay at home resting, and they send someone else to can do their job well professionally. What a bad day I had with that lady :(
