My husband went to this store needing a new phone. They said he was up for upgrade" . He purchased the Razor phone after asking the lady there named Bambi if it was a good phone. She said yes and only explained about the charger and we ended up buying the charger it needed as well since it does not come with one. we bought that phone Sat. April 13 buy April 17th there was lines on the screen . He took it to the store April 18th .it's only been 4 calendar days from purchase and the young lady there McKayla called her district manager and manger they both told her she could not return or exchange the phone and if she did they would take it out of check. How is following cricket 7 day policy or even customer service. Unprofessional. McKayla was told to tell him to come on Sunday, April 21st so they can assist him to process it through warranty. Why even though cricket had the 7 day policy. We came today Sunday, April 21st and McKayla said her manger Bambi said for him to call 611. So from the beginning of this phone transaction it has been unprofessional, no customer service at all. Now we are here with a 500.00 phone that white lines appear on that my husband did not cause only had the phone for 5 days and McKayla explained that when we were at the store doing the warranty through live chat ; we told her that he did not cause this damage at all she said even if lint gets on the glass it cause for the screen to damage. I feel sorry for her because she is being trained and manged under the person Bambi the person who when my husband asked her is the razor a good phone she said yes and only explained about the charger which we purchased additional. And upgrade is not an up grade when you pay 500.00 . Unprofessional, no customer service at all. Very very unsatisfied customer and will be calling the district number of cricket and calling cricket customer service. This is plain out ridiculous

Honestly the girl Bambi (I think that’s her name) shows that she cares and is willing to help but the other guy there…. Just skip the trip. Call before hand, if she’s not there, don’t waste your gas. I miss the other guys.

Bryan is absolutely amazing! He's friendly, helpful, and best of all, knowledgeable about available plans, promos, and devices! I couldn't ask for better customer service. Seems like most people anymore don't care about what they do but you can tell Bryan loves what he does and it makes him fantastic at his job. Someone give this guy a raise please!

Stopped by this Alvin location to get input as to why my camera stopped working. Bryan was so amazing and patient. Left him with phone to run next door and forgot to unlock it for him…twice! He troubleshooted the issue, gave me advice on it, and got it going! Amazing representative!
