I cannot express how happy I have been with all aspects of my interactions with both Michelle and Shaun of BCM.
Communication was seamless.
Diagnosis of my issues and timely return for parts replacements was nothing short of amazing based on my many years of working with Marine service providers.
Shaun is a genuine all around mechanic with a wide array of certifications. His attention to detail and fast pace with regards to quality repairs were outstanding. I was more than satisfied at the extremely fair service rates as well.
I will not only use BCM’s services for my future needs, I will be happy to recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances.

I waited until the last minute to get my annual maintenance done on my jet skis. I stumbled across BCM Marine. They were very accommodating and they got me in immediately and turned the skis around in two days. The skis are running great. I was treated like a valued customer and it was my first time in the door. I will definitely be back.

BCM cleaned 2 years of barnacles off my pontoon boat, then coated the pontoons with material to fight growth. They met my need date for having the work done, and kept me informed of progress regularly. The owner and his techs did a lot of manual removal and the quality of the end product was evident, it looks like a new boat now. BCM is definitely a 5 star business.

Spent 1week and over $550 to find out they couldn’t fix the problem with my boat so spent time and money just to be right back where I started.
No communication upfront as to how much labor/diagnostic fee would be ($140/hr).
Wasted $$. In hindsight, I should have taken it to reputable, established shop.

BCM complete a much needed service on my Westebeke generator while the boat was in its berth at the marina. It was a great experience all round. They sourced the parts and completed the work promptly, and to the quote, keeping me informed all the way.

BCM Marine Service is top notch! We needed some repairs done for our jet ski and Shaun went above and beyond to take care of everything! Shaun did all of the work at our house so we didn’t have to take the jet ski out of the water. The jet ski now runs like it did when we first bought it! Michelle in the office was so easy to work with and kept us in the loop about when parts would be available and when the work would be completed. I highly recommend BCM Marine Service.
