Wait is too long. Even with an appointment waited 20min longer and still didnt get who i had appointment with. Second time no appointment..waited 27 minutes and never saw anyone. Left without getting my business done. Only 1 teller and one banker..customers time is not as valuable as bankers is the feeling I get.

I banked with this place for 7 years since it was first Compass bank. I decided to stop banking with them after so long and the reason is: it takes 4-5 days for the money to be processed out, I would wait until after my account was in the clear for me to spend more, after my account was clear to use after checking multiple times. I got a negative balance on my account stating that I owed a lot of money. What really makes me angry, I live paycheck to paycheck and the money that I supposedly owe to them. I have to pay them back and I feel that I shouldn’t have to pay them back anything because I did wait for my account to be cleared and then I get this negative funds In my account for no reason. I am very disappointed and angry at this bank for stealing my hard earned money that I use to pay bills and to pay my rent. Because of them I can’t pay my rent half the time because of the negative balance on my card that I supposedly owe them. If your gonna bank with this place, please be careful on spending money because it will take 4-5 days to he processed out.

Just open app a second checking account and chose PNC bank.

Literally the worst bank ever!! They are always understaffed and never willing to help. The tellers have poor attitudes and tell me it’s gonna take 2 hours just to finish a simple task! Now I know why I stick to chase bank. Never again!! Don’t waste your time or money here.

My husband and I love this bank! It has all the perks of a big city bank, but the feel of a small town bank that genuinely cares about you. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

I love this location, the girls here are extremely helpful. Anytime I have needed help they have gone out of their way to assist me with whatever I need. I highly recommend this location. Especially Tara, she is awesome! The customer service here is worth bragging over. 1 star reviewers are just butthurt, because of something they probably didn't understand.
