“Brought el Camino in for electrical service and then a second time for additional service. Both times they were professional and had the vehicle done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Only place I take my 1964 el Camino for service. Clear cut irrigation service!”
“I’ve been there a lot recently to do some work on my truck. Usually the help there is great! The first couple days recently were great. The lady that helped was good at what she was doing and helping me with what I need. There was one guy today that I wasn’t impressed with. He needs some additional training though. I didn’t catch his name. But when we asked about a certain item, he said they didn’t have it, but another colleague of his chimes in and mentioned there was another item what we needed just in another aisle. Thankfully that guy was there so we didn’t have to go elsewhere. The employees that usually are there are excellent! But they must be so good they are moved to other stores because they disappear after a little while and I have found them in other locations near this one. I’ll still be returning here because they have been helpful 96% of the time.”

“Ther is a woman a( i believe her name is Audra??)who works the night shift who helped me when I went in the store looking for glue or some kind of adhesive(?) to fix the guard under my car as it was dragging .(massive road hump that's all I'll say... ?)my husband had to be at work(his new job) the following morning. Audra made a call and within 30 minutes her friend was there and he fixed my car. I will forever be grateful To Audra and Martin. It's not often I come across people who will go above and beyond to help a stranger unless beneficial in some way and I will forever be grateful for both of them. Whoever owns this store on bay area, should know they are fortunate to have an employee who genuinely cares about her customers. I'd seriously consider promoting this woman and if make sure she is paid very well . Employees like her aren't heard of anymore. I appreciate youAudra. “I called to check the availability of a battery and the lady who answered the call was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Upon arrival at Golden Eagle battery in Alvin, I was greeted by Patrick in the parking lot who took my battery cores and had my new batteries in my vehicle in less than 5 minutes. These folks are very knowledgeable and provide great customer service. Thanks for a great experience. I’ll be back in the future.BTW , the 2 batteries I purchased were $50 cheaper than a local parts store.”
