Great Service! Just moved into Alvin, first time having a water-well. Debbie was so helpful to explain all the details regarding our water-well. She was able to provide when the previous owners installed and find in her database what exactly unit we had so we can buy the exact parts we need to repair it. Debbie thanks so much for your kind help!

Thanks Debbie and SteveYes it took them a while to get to service me but in the grand scheme of things a lot of people had really bad damage after the famous freeze. Stevie is a great tech for sure and took care of my Kinetico for a very reasonable price. Thanks AquaTex

You get what you pay for. They weren't the cheapest but the product quality was great. More importantly, their support is top notch. They will spend time with you on the phone to help avoid you the cost of a service call. Very happy and impressed by everyone there.

We purchased a Kinetico system about 2 and a half years ago from AquaTex. The salesman was very friendly and prompt to install the system. Post-install we have had a horrible experience with their availability. We have tried numerous times over the past 12 months to get a service person out to repair and order a replacement pre-filter. We are still waiting for a "call-back" after getting various explanations that they were busy and short-staffed. I can empathize w/ a small company, but waiting a year is unacceptable. I tend to think if I needed to purchase new unit they would have no problem getting over here. We've had to turn to the only other distributor in Houston for Kinetico service. If I ever receive a call back I will consider removing/editing this review.

We purchased a Kinetico system two and a half years ago from AquaTex. The salesman was very friendly and they were prompt to install the system. Post-install has been a horrible experience. We have tried numerous times over the past year to get a service person out for various reasons. At one point we needed a tank replaced as it broke due to a freeze, and our unit has needed a replacement pre-filter for months. We are still waiting for a "call-back" to schedule an appointment, after receiving explanations that they were either busy or short-staffed. While I can empathize with the difficulties a small company faces, waiting over a year is unacceptable. We've had to turn to the only other distributor in Houston for Kinetico service. If you order a Kinetico system from this company, I would not expect any help from a technician nor service after the installation is done.
