Probably ought to ask the front desk lady her name as she has been so helpful and is always there when I drop in. She has enough experience that she's able to help me I'm pretty much everything I need and ask about. Really appreciate that kind of contact

Thanks Debbie and SteveYes it took them a while to get to service me but in the grand scheme of things a lot of people had really bad damage after the famous freeze. Stevie is a great tech for sure and took care of my Kinetico for a very reasonable price. Thanks AquaTex
