I’ve never had a bad experience with Wells Fargo until today at this branch. No customers what so ever. I have an account with Wells Fargo, and I wanted my husband to get an account, went there this morning and apparently you have to make an appointment which I was unaware of. There was no one in the lobby or any customers at all! DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH! Worst service ever!

People are not helpful here at this bank. Came to open an account and apparently you have to have an appointment. Never ever had I had to make an appointment to open an account at a bank. And the fact is we came early when there are no customers what so ever. Don’t go to this branch!

I am super disappointed in this locations Management. I went in to make a deposit today and one teller in the lobby is working with on an issue a customer was having. I'm understanding of that, first come fist served but, one of the lobby employees was just sitting there having a big conversation with someone and it wasn't business related at all, that's what grabbed my attention. Then for another employee after about 10 minutes of standing there walked out from an office and wouldn't make eye contact with me but just walked around the branch like she was looking for something to do (maybe help me?). So I left and went to the drive through...all lanes were green, I pulled into a lane, the doors were closed to the canisters outside, sat there for two minutes (no customers other than myself in drive through) and no one else was inside there either. Look, if you were swamped busy, I could understand but one customer on the inside in front of me, no one outside, something isn't right. I've been with you guys for 25 years, maybe I need to start looking elsewhere for our business and personal needs. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, I let it go before but when it's the same thing over and over, time to make a change. Wells Fargo, other banks will appreciate our funds. Make an effort!

I called to advise this branch that we were going to be writing a $11,000 check for work being done on our property; they assured me there would be no problem. When the contractor went today to cash the check, they wouldn’t let him!!! When I spoke with Laurie, she said nothing could be done even though the person I talked to told me there would NOT be a problem. Maybe they didn’t have $11,000 cash in the bank? Pretty sad when you don’t have access to your own money. After this check clears, this account will be ClOSED. 2nd Review: Poor contractor deposited the check, paid his employees & expenses & had the check returned as unauthorized signer causing contractor’s checks to bounce. Totally, Totally unacceptable. I’d rather keep my money in a box under my bed.

I have been missing out.....I got to meet ashley today and I have never meet a banker like he before shes my favorite so far. She treated like humans she was very nice and fun to chat with. Shes upbeat and full of joy. I also like that she treated both of us Chris and I good she didn't favor one or the other.

Every Friday when I get of work at 430 I get there ten minutes before five y'all r always closed it piss me off to no extent people ussaly get off at five n rush to bank to cash their paycheck but can't due to y'all closing even before it's time to close even five minutes close at 5 not 440 or 450

Worst customer service ever as soon as possible will transfer out never to go back one had a appointment came 7 minutes early was asked to wait in car hole bank was empty wouldn't let my dog be in the heat then the reason I went wasn't completed kept having to return everytime different excuse no good customer service
