They always take care of my every need. I have been ordering monthly for over 6 years. We love the products, and the personal service. We ditched honey baked ham this year and smoked our own honey ham. We ordered the ham from the farm and it was amazing. Thanks guys

I have ordered half a cow twice from Walnut Creek Farms and have been very happy with both orders however on this last order, the only complaint I have is I've had about 20 individual 1 lb packages of ground beef are greyish in color and when they thaw, I cooked the first few packages as 1/2 lb patties and noticed a weird taste and texture. They're supposed to be pink in color which most of the packages have been fine and have great beefy flavor but it's a little disappointing when you lose that many pounds of ground beef because now I don't even eat them when I see one, it goes straight in the trash, what a waste. But I've only experienced this with the ground beef, everything else has been totally fine. Just hope they can address this, I love ordering here but if that happens again I'll have to find another place to order from. So typically I would give them 4 stars due to the ground beef but I'm going to give 5 to make up for the jerks who are just leaving hateful 1 star reviews, that's not deserved.

I ordered a quarter cow and upon delivery found that I had only 90 pounds of 'beef' including the weight of the boxes and 9 pounds of that was literally bone, nothing on the bone. When informed they did provide the missing meat and threw in a little extra that was appreciated.

We cannot say enough GREAT things about Walnut Creek! We absolutely love their grass fed/grass finished meats! I have a very hard time purchasing meat from the store now bc there truly is no comparison at all to WC's quality! You can really tell a difference. I love knowing my family is getting super quality meats!Another fun story, I normally am a part of one of their co-op pickups once a month. Last minute this morning I had a service worker show up to my house to fix my shower as I was trying to leave to pick up my meat. I texted to ask them what I needed to do instead, they replied quickly sharing with me that they would just bring it to my house at no addition charge! Can you say incredible customer service?! We will forever use and love Walnut Creek!!
