If I could I would give it 0 stars, my package said delivered and it was not in my mailbox or with my neighbors, I spoke to the post office and they said they would do an investigation, the package is a backpack for my son now I will have to buy another backpack because they do not solve nothing and the worst thing is that even if you complain, they do nothing to improve their staff or their delivery people.

My husband and I both had an appointment for passport services at this location. We didn't get anyone's names, unfortunately, but when we walked in there was a younger Black woman at the counter assisting a customer and she greeted us when we walked in. There was an older White woman and an older Black woman working on a medium fish tank, neither of whom said anything. There was also a customer not in line who was preparing a package.
The younger Black woman assisted us promptly and was very courteous. She was knowledgeable about the passport application process and pointed out one line that I thought had been optional and left blank that I needed to write in. My husband and I both filled in that line on our respective applications while the clerk assisting us went to make copies.
It was then that the older White woman (I was told later she was the Postmaster) addressed me rudely and asked if I was filling out a passport application. I told her we had an appointment to submit our passport paperwork and she asked again "but are you filling it out?" Her tone bothered me because she was abrupt and didn't address me directly before throwing questions at me when it was clear I was being assisted. She seemed bothered enough by what we were doing that she and the older Black woman had to stop working on the fish tank to find out what it was.
Turns out, the customer who had been preparing her package was done and had stepped forward to be assisted. The older Black woman finally came forward after our interrogation and asked if we'd step aside so she could assist the other customer because they aren't allowed to have anyone wait more than 5 minutes. I was perplexed what that had to do with us as there was another EMPTY workstation she could have used to assist the other customer that was actually closer to where the customer was waiting anyway.
The younger Black woman who had been helping us returned and we continued our service since we both had completed the forms by then. We then needed to go take pictures for our passport and stepped into the vestibule to do so where another customer had been and had a question that she hadn't yet come inside for.
Since my husband and I were in the midst of an appointment and had use of the clerk's assistance until our passport services were completed, I directed her inside to where the Postmaster, the older Black woman, and now a younger White woman were hard at work doing SOMETHING with that fish tank. As we stood in the vestibule, we noted that she was not assisted or even acknowledged and well over 5 minutes passed.
By this time, I had become annoyed at the behavior of these workers and the insistence that our appointment be interrupted so that the one clerk who WAS working could assist everyone who came in whether she was busy with us or not. We signed our applications and paid for our services and exited to leave. It was only then that the customer we had encountered in the hallway who had a question was helped---by the clerk who had been helping us. Meanwhile, 3 able-bodied "employees" carried on as though the fish tank was the most valuable customer in the facility and everyone else could kick rocks.
It's appalling to me that a Postmaster is allowed to behave this way and run a USPS facility in this manner. I also discovered that while the fish tank and entertainment are worthwhile expenditures, that facility doesn't provide bottled water for their mail carriers in between routes because, apparently, that's not an expense worth incurring, not like a fish tank anyway.
Needless to say, as long as there are other post offices in the vicinity I can go to, I will. This was my first time using this particular facility and it was also my last. There are a couple of others equidistant from my home anyway; I chose wrong this time.

I’ve had 2 packages within 2 weeks that have been delivered to the wrong address. One of packages was pretty important as they were my contact lenses. Who knows what other mail of ours that you all have delivered to the wrong address. Your postal carriers need to get their act together. This is inexcusable! Hire some competent mail carriers please!

I came to this location for passport services and was served promptly and respectfully.
I’ve been here for other services and am always treated with kindness. Thank you!

We had a passport appointment at 3:30. We got here on time. We walk up to the front desk and the lady dismisses us because “We stop doing passport stuff at 3” which makes no sense considering we very clearly show her our appointment at 3:30. She still rudely dismisses us. I ask if we can make another appointment. She goes “do it online” do your job?

I live in the Gills Crossing area. We used to have great mail service but lately I am not receiving all my mail and regularly get neighbors mail instead. Whoever is on this route needs a different job. They aren't capable of doing mail delivery.

Our carrier is the worst. He never gets the mail into the right box. We are doing his job for him. If you call to complain nothing and I mean nothing is done about it. We are sick and tired of doing his job. We've lived at the same place since 2012 and have never had this problem.

I am tired of not getting packages because our delivery driver does not know how to use a call button. My whole family is home, we didn't see the driver until he drove off and left a "sorry we missed you" paper. Yeah you deliberately missed us. On purpose. Same as alway. You suck.
