“Good people to have working on your truck. They found and fixed my problems quickly. Also found where proir mechanics mess up and was able to fix it. (Something to do with the cab bushings) Had a rear main seal and bearings packed. Pretty reasonable on prices also. Would recommend.”

“My vehicle was involved in an accident on its way to my new home in Arizona from New Hampshire. The enclosed carrier it was in was hit by a car on black ice and the Tractor and trailer slid sideways and rolled over. It took 3 weeks to even find out what kind of shape my car was in. When the adjuster told me it could be repaired for $16k. So I found Smitty's about 90 miles away so I used my AAA card to have it towed to Smitty's. Their assessment was the car was a total loss and the cost to repair it was more than what I had the entire car insured for. Katherine went back and forth with my insurance company full well knowing Smitty's would not be repairing the car. I can not praise them enough being my car was nowhere close to where it should be or even where it was picked up. They were instrumental in me getting me my insured value. The world needs more businesses like Smitty's I highly recommend them because if the go out of their way to help someone that will not be giving them business, I'm sure they'll go out of their way to help you!”
“Not the cheapest ship in town. Having said that, you get what you pay for. Staff was courteous, transparent, and professional. Shop was clean and so was our white car when we got it back. They also offer a shuttle service if you need a ride. I would definitely recommend and use again myself.”
