Super clean, nicely appointed room. Very pleasant staff. Good free breakfast.Rooms: Immaculately clean! Very comfortable bed. Fridge, microwave & coffeemaker. Everything seemed new & fresh.

We checked in everything was good but the TV was acting weird called the front desk and in 10 minutes we were given a new room with a working TV. service was great we will stay here again

Before I could finish the "what brings you to our hotel" pleasantries my check in was completed and I was handed my room key. Room smelled clean, was clean except dust on the clock radio. Water took almost a minute to get hot. Staff was great, breakfast was good, bed was perfect. Only 1 loud TV. Couldn't have been happier being stranded out of town.

The Asst. Manager, Kaitlin, and all the staff are really nice and took care of our every need. Room was very clean and service was impeckable. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area.Rooms: Rooms was super clean, especially the bathroom and shower.Nearby activities: Alvarado Lake, Lake Cleburne, Cleburne Park, Old time Chisholm Trail, and Waterpark in Burleson.Safety: Well lighted and very secure.Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants all over the Alvarado, Burleson and Cleburne area.

Spend a bit more and get a nicer room. Plumbing is shot, no pressure in the shower and mould growing on the curtains. Staff seem friendly but the remedy for said issues just present you with another or same problem in another room. Look else where

Booked a room online, went inside and was told no room was available and they could give me a refund if I call a number on a paper she gave me… the manager CHRIS PATEL and hotel front desk has refused to answer our messages and has denied our refund requests but that’s okay cause my brother in law works for a lawyer now lawyer is involved and our bank! Do not stay here whatever you do! They are a rip off! YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER ASAP!!! We were NOT the only ones they did this to THAT SAME NIGHT!!!!!!

There is no water pressure in the shower. The elevator broke down during our 2 day stay. Room and hallway were very warm. Staff was very apologetic.

I travel all over US for work. This by far is worst hotel ever stayed in. Housekeeping sucks. Was suppose to get full service on room and they disnt even change the bedding. Went to front desk to tell them. Lady up fro t was very nice. Said she would put it back on to get done rhe next day. Well get to hotel after a hrad days work and they didn't even do anything. Just totally ignored their job. I don't recommend staying here. But if you do make sure they clean like their suppose too. This is uncalled for.

The room was dirty and carpet stains everywhere and even had crusting spills on the floor that when walk on the carpet it was Grose and even crusty feeling to your feet, the sitting stool was stained as well and look like some had wipe their butt with the stool. bedding had pubic hairs in the bedding.Manager on staff took pictures and moved us to another room that was just as bad and stated they have allot of construction workers who stay there, and they ruin the place stain the chairs beds and furniture as well as carpet. This place is un-- fit for people to stay at and health department should shut them down.Took many pictures of both rooms as proof of the disgusting place it is. Hallway light bulbs was Burnt out not working so hallway was very dark and front door light blink like a strobe all night. Super clean rooms. Nice staff and breakfast is decent. Plenty of Uber Eats/Doordash options.
