I have utilized Bobs Service for about 7 years. I have always had good service. If a route is late or postponed I have always been notified or the phone message has acknowledged and given updated info. Not sure what lady some other reviewers were dealing with but anytime I have contacted the response has always been pleasant and productive.
If you are needing an affordable and dependable trash service I highly recommend this company.

This place misses my "weekly"[3-weekly] pickup so often it should be a meme as the driver speeds past my house.
Worst curbside trash service I have ever had in any place I have ever lived.
Tired of calling to complain my garbage is still at the curb.. random women#4 will say something like "ill call the driver and send him back". Never shows.
Waste of money for service weeks not provided while the garbage piles up and I have to lug it around/store/try again. [Then when they finally stop he will ONLY take 8 and leave the rest... even though im due 16 or 24 for weekly service missed AND ignoring my dues they also advertise additional bags for a fee but still dont take them.]
... Just terrible.

After weeks of not picking up and this is how they leave it after they finally pick it up. Just ridiculous. The front desk is a joke she doesn’t even appear to care and the drivers must be worthless. They still expect you to pay, after this lousy service I’m done. Canceling in the morning, I’m not paying them to literally not do their job. Just disgraceful.

Within a week of signing up and paying for 3 months of service, we were forgotten and received notice of a service price increase. When contacted, the owner said she didn't know what I expected her to do to run her own business of picking up people's trash. And no Tammy, you copping an attitude and asking if I want you to personally show up at my house later in the day to pick up my trash, that's not how I would recommend running your business.

I have used Bobs for 8 years now. Never had one problem. When there is a delay or reason for a pickup being set back they send emails. So communication is great. Highly recommend.

I HIGHLY recommend Bob's for trash pickup!! I have used Bob's for several years after switching from another service. They always do a great job and are reliable and priced well. The office is always available or returns calls or messages quickly if I have a question. They are great at communicating when there are problems with weather or holiday interruptions. People expecting trash to magically be picked up when there is an interruption are unrealistic as it depends on the loads and the trips to the landfill.

Incredibly Awful Service. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. The ladies at the office are extremely rude and racist. I really hope one day, they get treated the same way to feel the way they make their customers feel. I went through really hard times, struggling to pay, making payment arrangements and they always had to humiliate me before trying to help. Several times they told me I was nothing but trouble because I would request payment arrangements and they took advantage of that because they also knew I needed their service.Besides them being ridiculously rude, they always leave a mess all over and around the area! I always have to go out and pick up the trash they leave all over. I will never in this life recommend their service.

Trucks leak oil and they have destroyed our cul-de-sac. If they decide to crush the trash while they are in front of your house, which they always do in our cul-de-sac, then you get all kinds of crap left behind in addition to the oil. Just canceled service today. Terrible.

Amazing guys great service and I have had this company for years. They come on time fix the dumpster if needed and if you go online it’s easy to pay them! thanks for all y’all do ?
