“I was on my way to Austin when my car suddenly started to act weird. I was in a rush because I had to be in Austin at a certain time for work. I went to O’Riley and they told me I had to replace my mass air flow sensor and I had to do it alone. I was far from home and far from where I needed to be. They gave me a list of mechanic shops but all of them seemed closed but I so happened to come across Alvarado Express Lube. I didn’t realize I was in Alvarado, Texas since I had been driving for a while. Funny thing, my last name is Alvarado. Anyways, I wanted to see if someone could check my car and see if it was something else so I stopped here and everybody was so kind since the beginning. They were able to help me even though it was by appointment and helped me fix my car. My car has been running perfectly ever since. I was truly blessed to have stopped here and may God bless everyone who helped me. I was able to make it to Austin on time and with no problem and back home. The guy who helped me, I wish you all the best. May you receive that ten fold. Truly! I don’t live in the area but if I did, I would definitely come back here for any car care. I visited H & M on a Saturday morning, a few minutes after they opened. One of my tires had a nail. As soon as I arrived, after I explained the problem, they immediately went to work. In less than 5 minutes, they had the tire plugged (they patch, too) and back on the car. On top of everything, they were friendly and patient with me.
I'll definitely be back for my tire needs.”

“Very professional team!! My truck actually limped into this shop on my way home one day out of luck, I knew it wasn't gonna make it. They brought my truck back from the dead. They treated me like family, and they are very affordable. They get shit done, less than a day to do repairs. And they actually stay in communication about everything going on. Most shops and mechanics I've gone to in the past usually charge way too much, never communicate, surprise you with more charges, and take too long to make repairs. Let's just say my days of being a horrible YouTube mechanic are over. These are my go-to guys.”

“I went into the Alvarado location mistaking it for Auto Zone due to the similar design and color. I went to give Diane my number to purchase a item. She informed me that I wasn't in Auto Zone but she was willing to help me if she could. When I provided her with the item information, she didn't have it in stock but called down to another location auto parts store and got me the item instantly and cheaper then her quote. I definitely will recommend this location to anyone. Just ask for Diane.”

“Not a large selection of new tires but a good selection of used tires at fair prices. I had thrown a weight off one of the front tires on my truck, causing it to shake violently. Asked them to check balance, noticed that there was a large amount of weights being used to balance them. They were nice enough to break them down reposition the tire remove the unsightly weights from the outside of my mirror polished Chrome mags rebalance them mount them back on my truck at the proper torque checked the air pressure in my other 4 tires without me asking. 20 minutes $20 I was on my way.”

“This is the second time that I have purchased balancers for my RV. Had such a great review on the first RV I had to get it for the second one.
Reduces vibrations noises and overall wear and tear of the tires. Highly recommend for a long haul or weekend travelers.
Noticed difference on the first drive after install. Install was very easy just take off tire, place Balancer on bolts then tighten down tire again”
“I have not used their service but want to comment on the kindness they showed me... I got a flat tire and pulled over across the street from these awesome gentlemen. Started working to change the tire and show my 13 yr old son how to do it and two guys came out to help and then another. It was so nice to have the help. I'm capable of doing it but when tire companies install tires they often over tighten the lug nuts with the air tools making it difficult to loosen them manually. I'm very grateful for the aid these men provided. My son and I had just driven across the country and the help after a grueling move was heaven sent. I originally posted this review on the next door business (I-35 Parts) and want to make sure credit is given to the right people who helped me.”
