Wow! Words simply cannot express how amazing the service is here. Personally, I used to HATE going to phone stores just to wait for hours with no help but this was a completely different experience. I absolutely LOVEEEE the service here. All of the girls that helped me set up a new line were extremely helpful and any questions I had they answered with complete honestly. I am so satisfied with their help and I am so excited to finally be apart of the Metro family! THANK YOU!

Terrible service, They hide from you that you have insurance on your cell phone to sell another device when it is damaged... The lady and the young Nikki are rude to attend to and if you have a complaint, never go to their manager because he agrees with them and is aware of the frauds and behavior of the workers, it tells you that the young man from corporate will contact you to help you and you never receive a call! If it is the PCS metro in your area, look for another one nearby. You will save wasted money and bad times….

I was in this company, I lived in McAllen and they treated me well, but I changed my address and this is the closest one, and the lady who is there is rude, someone who has been working there for years because of what she told me and tried to discriminate against me because Not knowing English, what a lack of respect, never come to this Metro, the workers are Rude and discriminate against you.! So I changed companies.

I don't usually write reviews because most people don't read them, but I genuinely had a decent experience here. The employees seemed to actually enjoy their job and they loved interacting with each other and the customers (like me). I just wanna say thank you for treating me like a real person! I can't wait to upgrade my phone so I get to talk to these people again.

I am so happy I decided to go to metro this past week. I needed a new phone since my toddler had thrown it in some mud on the ranch about 4 days ago, which she didn’t mean to. I am getting sidetracked in this review, anyway I went in expecting it to make a huge dent in my bank account. But! To my surprise it didn’t. They offer a payment plan that allows you to break up payments into multiple months so that you can pay at your own rate. I am forever grateful for the employees at Metro that literally. made my week.?
