The truth is that the prices are good, it's just that every time you go there you have children regardless, they always loudly say that nothing can be touched and in a certain way it is understood and respected but they always deny the bathrooms and that doesn't work for me well and They say that they don't work even if they are working and you see that someone has just left and that same person says that the bathrooms are fine and they deny them.

Terrible service from the lady who was charging, we couldn't touch anything because if we touched it we would have to pay for it. I understand that we should not play with the merchandise but one touches it to see it properly and know if we are going to buy it or not. But that lady is very despotic!!

One time me and my 3 siblings where buying snacks, and my brother with autism was crying for a toy, (We buy him a toy almost everytime we go to a store, therefore we didn't really had money to spend on toys 4 him, since our mother gave us an amount to spend) once we where at the cashier, the worker that is MAD old was looking at my autistic brother, then looked back at me and my 2 sisters, And turned back to my brother, and said "Are you okay? Are they hitting you? Do i need to call the cops? *laughs*, Do they Hit you?.. *silence*" I know she tried to make it sound as, a 'friendly' joke, but she gave us such a look, a look that she was scared. Take it as you want. But i know she meant it, and that is just horrible. Do better!

Went tonight (may 1st) and there were two cashiers. The older cashier openly scolded and talked to the younger cashier in an unprofessional manner. She could have easily pulled her to the side for it. She(the older cashier lady) told the cashier (the younger cashier) “you better not tell anyone about this” and my family and I witnessed it.

I arrived at the store in a great mood, my toddler lost his hot wheel so I promised him another one. We purchased 5, at checkout the cashier named Claudia charged us and my son (who is 2) said thank you. She completely ignored him. She asked if I wanted a receipt I said no thank you, she didn’t respond. My response was I’m not sure you know it’s common courtesy to say you’re welcome when someone says thank you. I spoke to the manager named Daisy, and she was insincere. She didn’t care to address the issue, and was rude herself. Dollar tree do better, employee people who care to be there.
