Worst customer service ever. I bought some Zizo Pulse z4 Earbuds for $40.00 as soon as I got home I charge them all night, went to the gym in the morning and the earbuds We’re not working it indicated that it was low battery eve though I charge them all night. I went the next day to get a refund or exchange the broken item for something else of course they refuse stating that Accessories Are final sales. Didn’t mention it or it was stated on the receipt and their policy was hidden somewhere instead of putting it in front of where the customer can see it. To that extent the sale was final but it does not mean I must accept broken items.I know There had to be a breach of warranty....under the law the store would have an obligation to repair the earbuds, replace it or give a refund. I called the cops made a report 3 days later I picked up the report and sent a complain to the business Bureau and I’m happy to report that they agree to open up an investigation. They are a bunch of thieves.

Es Domingo, 11 de la mañana. Voy a pagar $83 dolares con un billete de $100 y NO TIENEN CAMBIO! Hazme el maldito favor. Como dueña de negocio siempre me aseguro que mis trabajadoras tengan cambio para que los clientes no batallen, es responsabilidad de uno como dueño el asegurarze que haya cambio.

If the owner does not pay attention to this Cricket, he will be left without clients because of the girl he has there who is very poorly educated and treats the clients very badly. If he does not feel like working, he should better stay at home. I recommend cricket better than It's on North Conway in Alton, if you want to have a bad time, come to this one because it's still next to Tigere.
