Had been searching for a quality utility trailer for a couple weeks and found Pearman Trailer Sales on social media. Reached out and Lee was very quick to respond and answer any and all questions I had. Made the drive to Alto and noticed they had a great selection and many to choose from. They had the best prices in the area and the quality was spot on. The sale was seamless and easy as well. Don't expect them to do the right thing when money is involved. I bought a 2014 Ram 3500 that they had just put a new engine and radiator in which I did not know about at the time of purchase. They had also performed some repairs on the A/C system. Within 700 miles, the truck has an oil leak, coolant leak, and a A/C problem. They refuse to acknowledge the coolant leak which has been diagnosed by another reputable shop and expect me to pay $3300 to have the A/C and oil leak fixed.

I felt like the Customer Service was lacking… I was hoping for a good experience during the order and purchase of my Wrangler… instead my order was wrong and I felt ignored… they didn’t seem to wanna fix it or offer any resolve… I was told they would continue the way they conduct their business!

These folks are the BEST. I was traveling from Lufkin to Palestine yesterday morning when my low tire light came on. Since I am 80 years old and was traveling alone, I pulled into Pearman and explained my problem. A kind, nice gentleman in their office took my keys and settled me inside where it was warm while he checked all my tires and had me on my way in 10 minutes. Simply low tire pressure on this COLD mileage. Thank you so much.

The sales team at Pearman are top notch. I spoke with Dale on the phone before coming in to purchase a truck and was happy to find he was knowledgeable and didn't try to play the games that many other dealerships do. Jordan was also awesome when it came time for financing. I will definitely be checking with these guys the next time I need a vehicle.

I am so thankful for the amazing service I received today. I did not have an appointment, I had 2 tires that were on the verge of blow outs and the service department jumped on board and replaced my tires immediately. They never made me feel like a burden on their already full schedule. Not only did they replace my tires they changed my oil and corrected a recall I didn't know was needed. I was in and out in just over an hour. Every employee I came in contact with greeted me with a smile and professional attitude. I have never had any vehicle service done with this dealership but will continue to use them from now on. Thank you so much Parts and Service department!

Was going to buy a used trailer and was screwed over and lied to no customer service. Sold to someone else when we were on our way to pick it up. Not family oriented! Would never recommend.
