Do not recommend.Parking lot is horrible. Nothing is updated inside the apartment. If you're looking for a dishwasher, look in the mirror.All apartments are 1 bathroom. If you get a tub in your apartment, you're lucky. Households with kids are only allowed that. Keep that in mind, you may have to swap apartments later.Plastic stoppers for drains are not allowed and if you have them they will somehow disappear, Same goes for certain light bulbs. You need plastic stoppers because the ones that are provided are a no...Fill up the sink, walk to the other room and your water is gone.If you feel like someone was there while you were away, you are correct.....then expect a letter about your rent a few days later.Be sure to keep your reciept for each month...Your payment will "get lost" in the office and they don't mind hitting you with a late charge for their fault. Of course they'll work with you...It's just the audacity for them to do that. Unnecessary stress.The ladies in the office are nice but they are not helpful in the long run...Hopefully some new management will take over.

No way this is one star! The landlord is very forgiving and understands everyone is going through their own battles. I would recomend this place to friends or family who need help in this economy or families just starting out. My only complaint is the few "bad seeds" give the complex a bad reputation. Its a privilege not a right to have goverment subsidised assisted living.
