Yelenna was very professional and helpful in deciding our wedding bands style and the best looking width. My fiancée felt way more comfortable there than at other shops, since they weren't pushing for more expensive rings.

This location has a special place in my heart. Yelena has helped me from the start of my jewelry journey. She’s been super amazing. I’ve been super lucky to have met her.
Overall this store has amazing people in it from Lori, Nasha, and Joffrey! I see them every so often, but when I do it’s always a good time.

I had some nostalgia with this Zales. It’s where my wife and I picked out her engagement ring. But the service my wife received today was appalling. She went in for her ring inspection which had to be done every few months. Today, she went to this location and unfortunately the associate was extremely rude and unprofessional. She constantly kept doubting the fact that this ring is a Zales ring. She kept questioning if we’re sure we got it from this location. Despite the fact that WE HAVE THE RECEIPT FROM WHEN WE BOUGHT IT FROM THIS EXACT LOCATION. It was just extremely off putting and felt a bit demeaning that she constantly questioned my wife’s understanding of what company she bought her ring from, especially since we literally have everything in a folder that says Zales on it.
Also, we doubt she even did the inspection properly since she spent the whole time fixated on the initial purchase of the rings.

The only reason we purchased here was because they had the exact ring I had envisioned. Otherwise the customer service, warranty, and cleanings have been awful. I do not recommend this place. No one answers the phone and they seem to not understand what the warranty is or how it works yet push you to purchase.

Nawshin took anbsolute amazing care of me for the past week. I had a ring problem and she was the perfect person to help me. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was very thoughtful and communicative during the whole process. She helped ease my mind and got everything figured out and adjusted for me. 10/10 service and person. They couldn’t have a better person to have as assistant store manager!!!!! Thank you so much Nawshin!
