This is the only jewelry shop I will ever shop at. Inventory is always great, Tania and her team are phenomenal. I’ve never been more impressed with their knowledge and expertise in jewelry. I’ve spent thousands and intend to continue to do so. I can’t say enough about their professionalism. Lori is a great example of this and their kind and warm welcoming every time I come in is fantastic. To have a shop know you makes me want to continue to come back even more!

5 starts to Rupa, she is a valuable employee, very dedicated and knowledgeable, I went to that store couple of months ago to do a maintenance on my tennis bracelet , and the old man that helped me said “he couldn’t find me in the system “ and told me to go home get my receipt and come back ?? Who has time for this ? I went back today after 4 months because I just don’t have time , and Rupa helped me and she took care of everything I needed to get done , she is so patient and nice ! Give her a raise , she really represents your brand very well .

😡I will never shop here again!!!! I have been patiently waiting for my ring since August!!! They resize my ring and took forever and then say that the diamonds falling out ok so sent it back off again same thing over and over again!! They said they have the same ring that’s a size 5 and is shipping to their store waited on that guess what wrong fn ring!!!!!! Now what??? I just got the ring Friday now I’m pissed!!! I am thinking about getting my lawyer involved with this matter therefore it’s not the ring I paid for!!!!! I am done with ZALES!!!! Better find a solution to fix this issue soon! Oh so spent 3200 and got a ring that is 1800 😡 give me my money back!!!!!! 😡😡
