Hello I love coming to my bank wood forest I am aways greeted with a smile and a hello and sometimes I am asking the teller to do 3 different things at once and they are still patience with me .

So helpful! This bank always tries to make sure I'm okay every time I see them even when just shopping they make it a point to say hi!!! They have excellent customer service!!!! Definitely recommend

Woodforest has many different locations around us but this one always delivers amazing customer service. The bank tellers are patient, kind and helpful. I’ve sent several friends and colleagues to them because of the extended hours and Angela was absolutely wonderful in helping us with several questions and concerns!! Thank you!

This back used to allow me to withdraw when I forgot my card or ID as long as I answered all security questions. Now that Randa Jarrar branch manager is there she does not allow any withdrawals over $100 because the rules “recently changed” and also “they are old” is what they said. So obviously it’s all lies and she just wants to show off her authority, I always go there and they know me but made me go get my card and ID to make a withdrawal a few times. Am done, closing my account soon.

Find another bank, they tried to charge you $10 for a cashiers check, when you balk at it they find a way to wave the fee. The retail banker II (not sure what the 2 stands for) Salima she mustve been messing with me after one hour and 4 wrong cashiers checks. She passed it over to the manager and he got it right the first time. So it really makes me question why the fee. Had a bad experience with Salima. Going to switch banks now.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at your bank today. Our banker was Salima Noorbhai. She helped me open a new account. She was very professional, very informative, very helpful. She is a really good person, enjoyed talking with her. And was able to get my business done in a timely manner. I would recommend Mrs. Noorbhai to all my friends. Wonderful service.
