Banks are apparently trying to get rid of cash by making it very difficult to withdraw cash. This branch specifically is absolutely terrible. Management is a bunch of liars and has a terrible attitude, specifically Kimberly r manager and clay s banker. They are rude, unprofessional, and will call the cops anytime they don't get their way. Get your money out of the banks before they take it. Wells Fargo customer service is just as terrible and will lie lie lie lie lie. Also, all branches do not answer their phones. They kick you over to the garbage customer service line.

Kim and Roberta were EXEMPLARY! They went out of their way to protect my accounts in an important situation. They each were professional, well-versed, knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful, and represented WF in the most outstanding way possible! I’m Tremendously impressed! I will go out of my way to keep my accounts specifically at this location and recommend to everyone I know! Absolutely phenomenal service!!!!

Terrible customer experience and zero care for privacy or safety. Hubby went in and pulled cash to buy an expensive toy. He tried to be fairly quiet when telling the teller how much he wanted to withdraw and was met with her announcing not once, but twice, as loud as possible the total amount of cash with 15+ customers around now paying full attention. Then she put the cash counter on the top of the counter instead of below in front of her on the lower part, fully displaying each stack of cash being counted and making stacks on top of the counter in full visibility. She expected my husband to just take the stacks so he asked if she had an envelope or something he could put it in for security, despite her already not caring. She then gave him a paper bag.... He was first asked if he had enough in his account (I'm really unsure how this is a question when he's at his own bank providing his ID and bank account info). Then he was asked if it's all in one account. Then he was asked by the bank manager what he did for a living. Then he was asked what he was doing with the cash! I was in disbelief at this entire experience. I told my husband they will be happy to have him come back to transfer out all our money and close our accounts on Monday.

Overall a decent bank. But sparse on tellers, and gave me an innacurate receipt once. So id say middle of the road as far as wells chapters go.

I was short a few dollars on a cashiers check and the manager waived the fee for me so i could get my rent payment, amazing service!

I had an appointment. I had to wait 30 extra minutes ! Customer service is terrible. So glad I have closed my account after visiting this location!

Lobby hours are not convenient for people that work 8 to 5. They close at 4pm which makes it hard for people that get off after 5. They do not open on Saturdays either.

Absolutely dismal customer reception . I am an existing Prime Checking Account holder and visited the branch today to add my spouse . There was no banker and the Manager was assisting another customer . The lady - Her name is CAREY (she was at the cashier desk) was one of the worst cashier I have ever encountered in any Financial institutions( I do hold accounts in JP Morgan Chase) . She was busy checking and texting with her phone while I was standing for nearly more than a minute . When I told her the reason for my visit she bluntly said there are no banker and I need an appointment . I asked her if the Manager can help (If the branch cannot manage the schedule of the bankers who can assist , in all clear sense it is the Manager's responsibility) to address the customers . I requested her to get me an appointment and she said " Book Yourself - you have a phone . bla bla " Indeed I do have a phone and I am sure her phone was busy in texting and facebook stuff (who knows) . Unfortunately I do have the safety deposit box with this branch as well , will defintely move it to some other branch whenever the boxes are available .

Never going back there again. Every time I go, drive thru is always closed during business hours. ALWAYS. One time I had to go inside and make a deposit. The banker kept calling me out by lecturing me saying the guy was waiting in line before me even though I was waiting for my turn just like everybody else and I didn't need her help on anything. I didn't get any of my transactions done. It was close to closing time and I had to drive to another location to get better service.

My 2nd Review probably after a year or so and still super impressed by their customer service. The Manager came around checking with everyone standing in the long line , heard them directed them to the right person or to the right place online so their needs could be addressed.Dereck and Chris were very helpful and made sure I was able to get my business need taken care off.All three were very respectful and courteous.Thanks
