All I wanted was a quick battery replacement, and soon as I walked in Marissa and Karla welcomed me. While Marissa was working on my battery Karla showed me around the store and pointed out the fantastic sale they are offering on the watches. By the time my battery was swapped I was ready to buy 2 more fossil watches. Even though the store was starting to fill up at this point both Marissa and Karla made me feel like family the way they took care of me. Instead of having to come back later to get my links adjusted on my watch Marissa helped me right then and there. This has been some of the best customer service I've ever had! I've been bouncing between fossil stores since 2012. I be coming back to see these two from now on.”
“Went in to get a new cell for my watch. Unfortunately, it took a while for them to get it done. The manager was super nice, she apologized for the delay and dint even charge for the new cell. Though the apology would have more than sufficient (was not necessary either) she went above and beyond to give us a good experience. This will remain my go to place for good watches.”
